What is your Billing Cycle?

Our billing cycle begins on the first of the month.  We send out statements on the first business day of the month for the month that we are in.  (July's statement including charges for the month of July was sent out on July 2nd).  Payment is due by the 15th day of the month.  You may lose service if your payment is not received by the end of the month.

Why is my first statement is not the the normal monthly charge?

If you start service in the middle of the month, you may receive a statement that is pro-rated to bring the billing cycle to the first of the month.  For example: If you started on the 20th of the month and your fees are $16.95/month,  you may receive a first statement in the next month for only 10 days worth of service or $5.65, which takes you to the end of that month.  All statements thereafter will begin on the first of each month and will indicate payment due of the expected $16.95. In some cases, we may send you your first statement at the first of the month without prorating it. The statement is due on it's due date, but your credit will remain to the day of the month that you signed up.

How can I tell how much time I've been on the Internet this month?

In order to provide a low cost unlimited usage plan, we do not offer a "real time" reporting system to show usage of individual users on a continual basis.  Our system only reports to us total usage at the end of the month.   Since we cannot offer you this information, you should keep track of it yourself. If you need to know your usage for a certain month, we may be able to run a specific report for you. Please contact us and we would be happy to do this for you. Please allow 2 days for us to run the report and respond with the results.

Free Month for referring a friend!

Refer a friend and to our service and receive a free month of Internet!  Simply refer your friend and after they sign up with us, fill out our referral page or email our billing department at billing@pcu.net  with your name, user name, and friend's name.  We will verify that your friend has signed up and will credit your account for a free month of service with our thanks!

We hate to see you go!
