Dialspeed Accelerator Manual Installation:
To setup the Dialspeed Accelerator manually, do the following:
Navigate to www.dialspeed.net and you will see the following screen:
You will then see the Enroll page.
Enter in the required information, using your totalusa.net/pcu.net username and password.
Select the continue button. This will take you to an online download page. Close that window.
Click here to download the installation file.
Click Save and then choose where you want to save the file (the Desktop works nicely).
The file will be downloaded to your system.Double click on the DIALSPEED_setup icon to extract the files.
The Dialspeed Internet Accelerator windows appears.
Click Setup to begin the Installation.
Click the Next button to continue.
Click the Next button to continue.
The default location should be left alone.
Click Next to continue.
The Dialspeed Accelerator is installed to your system.
Click Finish to complete the installation.
Reboot your computer to remove any leftover temporary files and to ensure the installation files are cleaned up as well.
The next time you open Internet Explorer you will see the following dialog box:
User name = Enter your totalusa.net dial-up username (i.e. user@totalusa.net)
Password = Enter your dial-up passwordNote: Passwords are case-sensitive. Ensure your Caps Lock is disabled. (e.g. password and PASSWORD are NOT the same thing).
Click the OK button to continue.
From here on out the Dialspeed accelerator will accelerate your Internet. You can customize your speed settings and other options in the Dialspeed Settings window.
